He is survived by: his fathers, Joseph Manners of Reynoldsville and Timothy Hetrick of Brookville; his siblings, Jared Manners (Amber Huffman) of Denver, Adam Manners (Lydia Miller) of Reynoldsville, Shea Hetrick of Brookville and Laken Clarke (Del) of Pittsburgh; his niece Nomi Clarke of Pittsburgh; his grandparents, Calvin, Julia Uplinger of Reynoldsville, Larry and Vicki Hetrick of Brookville; his aunts and uncles, Kim Uplinger (Douglas Varner) of Punxsutawney, Paul Hetrick of Punxsutawney, Linda (Lonnie Vrobel), Sid (Betsy Manners), Tom (Joan Manners), Ron (Sandy Rittenhouse) and Arlene McConnaughey of Punxsutawney; and his close friend Kimberly Kennedy of Pittsburgh.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. (115 E Union St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
