She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Keller and Elmira Keller (Muth); her husband Donald Welsh; and her siblings, Kathrine Brooks, Paul Keller, Viola Bowers, Beulah Reed, Merle Keller and Carl Keller.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Welsh (Lori) of Punxsutawney and Kevin Welsh (Susan) of Reynoldsville; her grandsons, Nicholas Welsh of Punxsutawney and Nathaniel Welsh (Chasity) of Hamilton; and her brother Clair Keller of Stump Creek.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Paradise United Church of Christ.
