It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Olive Shonce of Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Raymond Shonce, Sr.; her son Wilbur Nicholas Gallaher; and her siblings, Carol Sullivan and Charles Fillius. She is survived by: her close friend Douglas Larrabee of Reynoldsville, PA; her children, Lisa Leigey (Dennis) of Frenchville, Larry "Roe" Gallaher, Jr. (Jennifer) of Osceola Mills, Debra Gasbarre (Dennis) of Johnsonburg and Joelle White (Rick) of Clearfield; and her sister Maryann Bozarth of New Jersey. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Salem United Methodist Church, West Decatur.
