He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bair and Olga Bair (Godo); and his siblings, Gregory Bair, Donna Fulmer, Yvonne Everett and Emily Dwyer.
He is survived by: his spouse Kay Marsha Forrest; and his children, Anna Scott (Jon), Stella Ellis (Paul), Katherine Bair and Ken Bair. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
