He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Shepler and Leila Pearl Shepler (Reed); and his siblings, Lee, Melvin, Doyle Shepler, Helen Shepler, Marge Miller and Fran Barksdale.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Catherine Knarr; his children, Larry Shepler of Reynoldsville and Lisa Triponey (Paul) of Reynoldsville; his grandsons, Matthew Triponey, Daniel Triponey, Jim Triponey (Brianna) and Joel Triponey (Mackenzie); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Grady Triponey; and his brother Lyle Shepler (Donna) of Alabama.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paradise Community Church (4225 Big Run Prescottville Rd, Reynoldsville, PA 15851). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
