He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Reiter and Ellen Elizabeth Reiter (Dinger); his wife Joyce "Judy" Reiter (Mulhollan); his brothers, Kenneth Reiter (Nola), Max Reiter (Bonnie) and Harry Reiter (Janet); and his brothers-in-law, James Mulhollan and Ronald Mulhollan.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly L. Tagliaferre of Reynoldsville, PA and David P. Reiter (Kimberly) of Canton, OH; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Mulhollan and Judy Mulhollan; his grandchildren, Brittany Bowley (Gabe), Brandon Reiter (Ashley), Wesley Tagliaferre (Rebecca) and Jeremy Tarpey (Carolyn); his great grandchildren, Everett, Emerson, Everly Reiter, Jude, Arlynn, Ryder Bowley, Leah and Mason Tagliaferre; and also Gayle Borden.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reynoldsville First Methodist Church (504 Jackson St, Reynoldsville, PA 15851). Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phillip's name to the Reynoldsville First Methodist Church - Trustees Fund, 504 Jackson Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
