He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Boyd Vandervort and Laura Vandervort (Manners); his wife Mona Lou McMillen; and his siblings, Mary Depp and Adrian Vandervort.
He is survived by: his children, Michael B. Vandervort (Kathy) of Reynoldsville, William E. Vandervort (Deborah) of Reynoldsville and Lori A. Sandrock (Brian) of Tionesta; his grandchildren, Cody of Reynoldsville, Alexis Vandervort of Reynoldsville, Zachary of Reynoldsville, Anna Vandervort of Reynoldsville, Dustin Sandrock of Pittsburgh, Casey Sandrock (Maggie) of Lickingville and Jacob Sandrock (Morgan) of Carlisle; his great grandchildren, Mona and Ellie Sandrock; and his siblings, Alice Kriner (Frank), Barbara Vandervort of Ohio and Frank James Vandervort of Knoxdale.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
