He was predeceased by: his father Herman "Albert" Murray; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Howorth; and his siblings, Althea Peace, Doris "Jean" Hanst and Lawrence Albert Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Bodnar (Joseph) and Timothy Murray (Susan); his brother Herman Albert Murray; his grandchildren, Steven Bodnar (Marcy), Daniel Bodnar, Matthew Bodnar (Alyssa) and Ashley Patterson (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Logan and Liam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
