He is survived by: his father John "Jack" Matusky; his son Zack Pierce; his siblings, Sam Jerrell, Michael Jerrell, Amy Matusky and Jill Moore (Alan); his nephews, Isaac Jerrell, Madison Jerrell, Jalynn Jerrell and Connor Jerrell; his birth mother Missy Jerrell; and his brother-in-law Todd Javens.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of the donor's choice.
