He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay McKee and Arlene Lucille "Artie" Swab (Weary); and his siblings, J. Robert Swab, Alvin Swab, Jacob Henry Swab, Julia Chatield, Artie Louis Swab, Violet Hinman and Dorothy Caltagarone.
He is survived by: his wife Irma J. Yohe; his children, Kim Hempel and Douglas Kevin Swab; his grandchildren, Bethany Rachelle Reilly, Sherilyn Ashley Hansley, Jodi Hempel, Mike Bok (Reetu) and Devin Hempel (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Alonia, Curtis, Aniyah, Kayden, Kip, Dane and Carter; and his sister Jane Lindemuth (Ronald).
