He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee Silvis, Leroy and Mary McMinn; his aunt Pat Boboige; his uncle Tom Boboige; and his cousin Ron Boboige.
He is survived by: his parents, Dan McMinn and Marla McMinn (Silvis); his pets, Mocha and Luna; his daughter Kenzley McMinn; his fiancée Erica King; his grandmother Edna Silvis; his siblings, Josh McMinn (Mollie) of DuBois and Rachel Caine (Craig) of DuBois; and his nieces, Addison Caine, Callie Caine and Amelia McMinn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a contribution be made at First Commonwealth Bank in Erica King's name for the benefit of Jacob's daughter, Kenzley.
