He is survived by: his significant other Georgia Ann Sabatose; his children, Jack J. Foltz Jr. of Reynoldsville, PA, Steven J. Foltz (Laura) of Eighty Four, PA and Thomas R. Foltz (Carol) of Treasure Lake; his great grandchildren, Eva Foltz of East Hampton, CT and Gia Foltz of East Hampton, CT; his sister Dorothy Foltz of Reynoldsville, PA; and his sister-in-law Marion Foltz of Kensington, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
