She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Logan and Annis Burton (Moore); and her husband Carl Philip Haag. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey (Barbara Haag) of Reynoldsville; her granddaughters, Shauna Hinojosa of Reynoldsville, Shannon (Ryan Martini) of Brockway, Shelbie (Cody Overturf) of Reynoldsville and Shaylea Haag of Reynoldsville; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Andrew Hinojosa, Blakelee, Kynslee Overturf and Eugene Martini; and her sisters, Annis Lea Piotrowski of Logansport, Indiana and Elsie Harris of Kokomo, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
