He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Mills and Mable R. Mills (Pickrell); his wife Beverly Mills (Armagost); and his sister Cheryl Mills. He is survived by: his children, Ann Songer, Mark Lingenfelter, Lynn Peace and Christopher Zindel; his siblings, Sally Ann Karsnak and Barry Mills; his grandchildren, Austin Songer, Shani Songer, Taylar Munger (Donald), Erikka Henretta (Matthew) and Christopher Peace (Andrea); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Munger, Bella Munger, Claire Henretta, Theodore Henretta, Beatrice Henretta and Ryan Peace.
