He is survived by: his spouse Dana Alane Horner (Dana); his children, Dennis Siple Jr. (Laura) and Gail Pifer (Jeff); his grandchildren, Connor Siple, Cody Pifer and Abigail Pifer; and his sisters, Penny Sackash and Janet Camise.
