He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mohney and Netta Mottern (Foltz); his father-in-law Bill Startzell; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Mohney and Ken Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Sipes (Rita); his siblings, Ed Mohney and Sandy Ellis; his siblings-in-law, Patty Milligan (Jim) and Bill Startzell (Diane); and his mother-in-law Arleen Startzell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and one great great nephew.
