He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rupert and Freda Mae Rupert (Hartzell); his parents-in-law, Merle and Nellie Snyder; and his siblings, Clara Chittester, Anna Coleman and Francis Johnson.
He is survived by: his spouse Wanneita Marie Snyder; his sister Henrietta Rahalla; his children, David Michael Rupert (Carey), Lisa Ann Hilliard (Michael) and Angela Marie King (Vinnie); and his grandchildren, Isaac David, Jacob Michael Rupert, Hunter Michael, Haylee Elizabeth Hilliard and Gracie Marie King. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
