He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Paul Troutman Sr. and Alma Crawford of Virginia; his children, Lelend James Troutman and Mia Renea Troutman; the mother of his children Sara Postlewait; his siblings, Melissa Ann Spellen (David), Chad Michael Troutman, Justin Brandon Troutman (Brea) and Jeffrey Aaron Troutman (Amy); his nieces and nephews, Gabriella Spellen, Dakota Spellen, Alaina Spellen, Abagail Spellen, Jocelyn Troutman, Natalie Troutman, Clinton Troutman, Johanna Troutman, Bryce Troutman and Tommy Freemer; his cousin Joseph Brent Crawford (Allison); and his pets, Cujo and Benji. He is also survived by his family and friends.
