She was predeceased by: her parent Paul E.; her daughter Peggy Lynn Bell; and her sister Maxine Frano. She is survived by: her parent Margaret E. Walker (Tozier); her spouse Allan E. Bell; her children, Cletus Bell of Reynoldsville, Edward Bell of Stump Creek, Nancy Kopshina of Williamsport and Janice Gougeon of Reynoldsville; and her brothers, Clair Walker of Soldier and Robert P. Walker of Sykesville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
