He was predeceased by: his father Charles Wade; and his brothers, Wade and David Howell. He is survived by: his close friend Tammy S. Miller; his brothers, Ed Howell, Vern Howell and Danny Ray Howell; his daughters, Krysta Dunkovich, Gina Shepler and Charlee Howell; and his grandchildren, Zephyr, Hudson, Cecelia and Zane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
