She is survived by: her parents, John Matusky and Barbara Matusky (Harriger); her husband Todd Michael Javens; her children, Dru Javens, Cole Javens and Blake Javens; and her siblings, Amy Matusky, Jill Moore (Alan), Sam Jerrell and Justin Jerrell.
