With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J Quashnock of Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene S. Kurten and Lorna J. Kurten (Robbins); her spouse Dawn Quashnock; and her siblings, Samuel E. Kurten, Mage Kurten and Brenda Kurten.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Tapper (Judy) of Falls Creek, Cheri Kerr (Lou) of Reynoldsville and Laurie Maicki (Don) of Reynoldsville; and her brother Richard B. Kurten of Reynoldsville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
