He was predeceased by: his daughter Julia Ann Kos; and his brothers, Stanley Kos, William Kos, Herman Kos, Rudy Kos and Jimmy Kos.
He is survived by: his nephew Nick Alvetro (Crystal); his wife Grace Kos (Alvetro); his son Mark A. Kos (Vanessa); his siblings, Joseph Kos (Betty) and Annabelle Simbeck (Jim) of DuBois, PA; and his grandson Clayton Kos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
