He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Blair and Mary Siegel Blair; his spouse F. Kathleen Blair; and his brother Thomas N. Blair. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Blair of Crosby and Rebekah Blair of Aiken; his grandchildren, Kaelin and Daryl Love; and his sister-in-law Marian Blair of Olean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
