He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Crow and Wilma Crow (Newcomer); his wife Ruth Ann Crow (Knox); his daughter Sherri Crow; his grandson Raymond Sullivan; and his brother Charles Crow.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Sullivan (John) and Richard "RJ" Crow; his grandchildren, John, Jacob, Sarah and Noah; and his siblings, David Crow (Beverly), Ruth Ann Dressel (George) and Valerie Stralets (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
