She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Check; and her siblings, Dolores Paugh and Terry Donnelly. She is survived by: her daughter Michele Kovacic (Edward); her granddaughter Emily; her son Michael Check (Debra); her grandchildren, Michael W. (Sara), John (Sara), Irene (Dave) and Kristen (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Corey, Lily, Carson, Emma, Davey, Christian, Stevey and Grayson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home (19 Legion St, Republic, PA 15475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. (19 Legion St, Republic, PA 15475).
