She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew E. Olesko and Elsie E. Olesko (Winterhalter); her husband Andrew P. Kopacko Sr.; and her brother George Olesko. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Kopacko (Susan) of Irwin, PA, Andrew Kopacko Jr. (Joan) of Republic, PA, Cindy Kutek (Mark) of Seatontown, PA and Debra Kopacko of Pittsburgh, PA.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Kristen, Tiffany, Jeremy and Angela; and her siblings, Arlene Shipley of Roscoe, PA, Kathleen Dendor (Paul) of Alexandria, VA, Andrew Olesko Jr. (Joyce) of Thompson, James Olesko of Thompson, Albert Olesko (Joann) of Republic and William Olesko (Marilyn) of Tower Hill. She is also survived by 9 Great grandchildren.

Professional funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Kish-Fabry Funeral Home in Republic, PA where a private service will be held on April 15th, 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus.
