She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kvortek and Anna Kvortek (Kachurik); her husband Robert Dulla, Sr.; her son Robert Dulla, Jr.; her grandson Joshua Malec; and her siblings, Andrew "Korty", Elmer Kvortek, Mildred Glowaski and Irene Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie A. Malec (Stanley) of Republic; her granddaughters, Ashley Salimbene (Antonio), Victoria and Elizabeth Dulla; her brother Gerald Kvortek (Dolores) of Republic; and her niece Andrea "Cissy" Glowaski.
