She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Tassone (Bob Phillips) of Republic, PA, Lisa Sloan (Dale) of Republic, PA, Gina Tassone of Republic, PA and Angela Shumar (Wayne) of Republic, PA; her granddaughters, Amanda Sloan of Pittsburgh, PA, Emily Sloan of Morgantown, WV and Melanie Shumar of Richeyville, PA; her godson Eddie Adams; and her sisters, Sandy Chavarria (Rosendo) of Valparaiso, IN and Charlotte Jennings (Scott Flemming) of Brownsville, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
