He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Delmont Sr. and Nancy Newhouse Spohn; his son Dustin Spohn; and his sister Toni Lilley. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lynn Hiles Spohn; and his siblings, Raymond "Dink" Spohn (Lisa) of Republic and Lisa Marie Spohn of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by 13 children; 5 grandchildren.
