She was predeceased by: her father Donald Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Dolores Tiernan Johnson; her husband Gregory F. Check; her son David Mathew Shaffer (Darla) of Republic; her grandsons, Dustin, Dylan, Colton and A. J.; and her brother Donald Johnson of Perryopolis.
