He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley A. Welton and JoAnne Welton (Serafini) of Renovo; and his siblings, Robert B. Welton of Granite City, IL, Wayne J. Welton of Renovo and Kim J. Welton of Harrisburg.
