He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred L. Stout; and his siblings, Gerald Stout, Gilbert Stout and Cora Belle Fantaskey. He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Summerson (Shroat); his grandchildren, Korrie Lucas (Greg), Courtney Myers (Chad), Eugene Shinn (Colett) and Lucas McHenry (Chelsie); and his brothers, Kim Stout, Wayne Stout, George Stout, Gabby and Rascal. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
