She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Rinker (Wise); and her sister Crystal K. Bedard (Matthew Graybill). She is survived by: her father Robert Rinker of Avis; her children, Steven Sylvia (Erin) of Renovo, Justin Sylvia of Jersey Shore, Michael Oglesby of Jersey Shore, Jennifer Shaffer of Clearfield, PA and Amanda Oglesby of Renovo; and her brothers, Bob Rinker, Jr. (Mount Joy) and Gene Rinker (Lisa). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
