He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Carnes, Sr. and Naomi R. Carnes (Libby); and his brothers, Donald, Charles and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick R. Carnes, II (Carleena) of Gillette, PA, Debra C. Knerr (Evan) and Terri Probst (Robby) of North Bend.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Helt Funeral Chapel (232 Hogan Blvd, Mill Hall, PA 17751). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
