She is survived by: her mother Margaret Swatsworth (Bumbarger); her husband Gary Cummings; her daughters, Desarae James (Kyle Veihdeffer), Sabrina Bloom (Kyle) and Sherri James (Austin); her stepson Gary Cummings, Jr.; her grandchildren, Henry, Azen, Izlee, Justin, Tinsley, Riley, Isabella'Izzy' and Wyatt; her sister Tracy Kephart (William); her stepsiblings, Candice Weindler (John), April Sekarek (Scott), David Swatsworth (Josh), Jason Swatsworth (Lori), Melody Allesander (Paul) and Jennifer Swatsworth; and her nephews, Storm Bumbarger, William Kephart, Jr., Zachary Kephart, Kyler Kephart and Matthew Kephart.
