He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen A. Brookens, Sr. and Elizabeth Brookens (Barner); and his siblings, Robert Brookens and Elizabeth Herritt. He is survived by: his sons, David A. Brookens (Renovo) and Joseph G. Brookens of Farwell.
