He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fantaski and Elizabeth Stabley (Seyler); and his sister Anne Marie Fantaski. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven "Wig" Fantaski of Renovo, Richard "Moon" Fantaski of Avis, Dawn Pagnotto of Renovo and Jackie Motter (Phillip) of Lock Haven; and his nieces and nephews, Brady, Steven, Johnathen, Ricky, Danielle and Andrea.
