He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Barbara Eldora Decker (King); and his sister Bonnie Tipton. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia G. Winkleman; his wife Cindy Winkleman; his children, Jessica Hritzko (Joe) of Pottsville and Nathan Decker (Dawn Harle) of Summit Station; his sister Peggy Fryer of Warren, OH; and his grandchildren, Harlee Decker, Gabriella and Isabella Hritzko.
