He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael L. Pagnotto and Lelia S. Pagnotto (Hare); his wife Gwendolyn B. Minnich; his children, Thomas "Ed" Pagnotto and Deborah K. Knoedler; and his brother Francis E. Pagnotto.
He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Pagnotto of Renovo, Donald R. Pagnotto of Renovo, Mary F. Adams (Richard) of Renovo, Lelia S. Pagnotto of Renovo and Christine P. Kurtz (Kenneth) of Morgantown, PA; his children-in-law, Kenneth P. Knoedler of Circleville, Ohio and Dawn Pagnotto of Renovo; his sister-in-law Mary C. Pagnotto of State College; and his close friend Sylvia Crossley of Renovo. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a special niece and nephew.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bucktail Medical Center, the St. Joseph Catholic Church (window restoration fund), or the Renovo Area Library.
