She was predeceased by: her parents, John Levi and Edith A. Herrold Haas; her spouse Sidney Edgar "Ed" Barrows; and her siblings, Evaline, Helen, John Haas and Edith "Maxine" Eckel.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Barrows (Katie) of West Renovo and Helen Newlen (Tom) of North Bend; her grandchildren, John Barrows (Kendra), James Barrows (Bonnie), David Newlen (Allison) and Jessica Ibarra (Jaime); and her great grandchildren, Corey Peck, Francis Wertz, Aiden Newlen and Delaynie Newlen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the First United Methodist Church of Renovo or Bucktail Medical Center.
