She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas L.; her husband Jack E.; her sisters, Jane Monoski and Mary Edwards; and her nieces, Mary Lee Edwards and Judith Monoski Saia.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Shaffer, Christine Shaffer Claar and Robert Shaffer; her grandchildren, Allyson Malizia (Kazuo Semitsu), Romolo Malizia III (Megan), Nicholas Malizia, Lindsey Glanz (Julia) and Madeline Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Yuna, Taiyo Semitsu and Romolo Malizia IV (Romey).
Memorial contributions can be made to the Renovo Area Public Library or the Western Clinton County Recreation Center (Pool Fund).
