He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Seigworth and Bernice Gordon Seigworth; his brothers, Clyde, Ron, Gary and Merle; and his half-sister Phyllis Cassatt.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Fox; his children, Ken Seigworth (Paula) of Franklin, Joy Kapp (Daniel) of Bradford and Christine Chambers (Steve Roseberry) of Oil City; his grandsons, Derek Kapp (Betheny) of Bradford, Andrew Kapp of Lewis Run and Jeremiah Chambers of Oil City; his stepgrandchildren, John, Marissa and Angelina; his great grandchildren, Liam Kapp and Hermione Kapp; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Riley, Addison and Brinleigh; and his brothers, Paul Seigworth (Rose) of Oil City and Francis Seigworth of Reno.
