He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Spiegel. He is survived by: his mother Lynda Weinel; his stepfather Larry Weinel; his brother Chris Spiegel; and his children, Billy Spiegel (Tiffany), Josh Spiegel (Allison), Nick Spiegel (Alexandra) and Nicole Shaffer.
