He is survived by: his parents, Mike Phillips and Sandy Phillips of Butler, PA; his daughters, Alexis and Abigail; his former wife Melanie; and his brothers, Ryan (Kristin) of Marysville, OH, Jason (Megan) of Columbia, MD and Dave (Jenny) of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center (856 Evans City Rd, Renfrew, PA 16053). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Conrad Catholic Church (125 Buttercup Rd, Meridian, PA 16001).
