He was predeceased by: his father John Pickens; and his brother David Pickens (Denise). He is survived by: his wife Michele Pickens (Chiaro); his daughters, Lauren (Adam) of Murrysville and Kelly Pickens of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Reed, Amelia Madden of Madison, WI and Shaeley Reichbaum of Murrysville; and his brother Doug Pickens (Shirley) of Pittsburgh.
