He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowland and Edna Maude Haniwalt (Bell); his wife Deborah Haniwalt; and his sisters, Ruby Foster and Pearl Haniwalt.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Haniwalt (Alita) of Butler, Stephen Todd Haniwalt (Amanda) of Hilliards and Marci Lynn Edowski (Jim) of Butler; his grandchildren, Dustin Haniwalt of Enon Valley, Jacquelyn Haniwalt of Butler and Austin Haniwalt of Butler; his sister Patty Dilley of Franklin; and his nephews, Timothy Foster (Cindy) of Franklin and Terry Haniwalt (Lee) of Franklin.
