She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis W. Harter; her son Jeffrey D. Harter; and her sister Lee Miller Pannier. She is survived by: her son Brian C. Harter (Cindy); her grandchildren, Angela Priddly (Alex), Megan B. Wollerton (Ryan) and Ethan J. Harter; her great grandchildren, Brynlee M., Emery Anne Priddly, Jaxon Curtis and Caylee Jane Wollerton; and her sister Judy Blockinger (Joe). She is also survived by two nieces and cousins.
