He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard P. James and Rupertine Muhla James; and his wife Eileen Turner James. He is survived by: his children, Linda Reichart (John III) of Butler, Leroy James (Pam) of Meridian and Larry James (Laurie) of Level Green; and his brother Walter James (Kathy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

The family has suggested memorial donations be made to Corner Stone TV, 1 Signal Hill Dr., Wall, PA 15148 or Victory Family Church/ Kingdom Builders, 21150 Rte 19, Cranberry Twp.
