He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Margie" J. Ansman Balog; his children, Douglas Balog (Sue) of Chapel Hill, N. C., Rebecca Puz (Matthew) of Darien and Stephen Balog (Susan) of Cranberry Township; his grandchildren, Michael Balog, Jeffrey Balog (Paige Plaskonos), Christopher Balog (Brynna Gyuricsko), Joshua Balog (Samantha), Sarah Puz, Aimee Puz and Sydney Puz; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Ansman (Roberta) of Butler, Lorraine Linaberger (Dale) of Butler and Carole Gaddis (Geof) of Hartford, Conn.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
